Portfolio trust
Portfolio view of Trust Scores across all initiatives, banded and colour-coded.
What it is
The Trust Score composite (see the paper Section 5) combines ARA residual, CALIBRE governance intensity, and evidence coverage into one 0-100 score. This page shows the distribution across your portfolio.
When to use
- Board briefings: single-number view of AI governance health.
- Executive dashboards: shows how many initiatives are in Critical, Low, Medium, High bands.
- Trend analysis: month over month, watch the score drift.
Walk-through

Common pitfalls
- Interpreting a high Trust Score as 'safe'. A high score means the assessed initiative meets its governance requirements at its assessed band. It does not mean the AI has no risk.
